• Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas: If you’re staying at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, please take the hotel shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang.

• Railay & Tonsai Beach: During the high season (1st December – 30th April), if you're staying at Railay or Tonsai Beach, the meeting point is the small floating pier at Railay East Beach (near Railay Princess Resort & Spa) or Railay West Beach (near Railay Village Resort), depending on sea conditions. The exact pick-up time and meeting point will be confirmed by email.

• Low Season Pick-Up (1st May – 30th November): If you stay at Railay Beach, please meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier, just a 15-minute longtail boat ride from Railay East.

• Islanda Hideaway Resort: For guests staying at Islanda Hideaway Resort, we offer a convenient pick-up service from 7-Eleven near Thara Park Pier in Krabi Town.

• Pick-Up Confirmation: Your pick-up time will be confirmed in advance by the operator. Please note, this is a shared transfer, so early or late pick-ups are possible.
